The Band Perry will be on hand to perform during the Super Bowl XLVIII (48) Pregame Show on February 2. The pregame show will also include a performance by Phillip Phillips, with part of each performance being televised live on FOX during Super Bowl Sunday. The two acts will perform at the NFL Tailgate Party prior to the kickoff of the big game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, where the Seahawks will be taking on the Broncos. Then after they get the crowd fired up on Super Bowl Sunday, they'll hit the road again on their "We Are Pioneers World Tour 2014" with a show in Independence, Missouri on February 6.
Luke Bryan will be making a pit stop from his "That's My Kind of Night Tour" to headline the Daytona 500 Budweiser Pre-Race Show on February 23 at the Daytona International Speedway. Bryan will take the stage on pit road to perform several of his hit songs and get the crowd pumped up for the 56th annual Daytona 500 – the prestigious season-opening event to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Fans that purchase a Pre-Race/Sprint FANZONE access pass for the race will be able to watch Luke's Daytona 500 Budweiser Pre-Race Show up close as well as the driver introductions.
Lee Brice will be among the artists in attendance at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards when they come to Los Angeles on January 26. But with such a tight schedule, Lee is still just trying to figure out how he going to get to the ceremony. He’s playing Madison Square Garden on Saturday (January 25) with Luke Bryan, and he’ll have to be in Los Angeles for the by 11 the next morning. While his window to make it to the Grammys seems pretty tight, he'll be sure that he's in his seat when his song "I Drive Your Truck" is announced as one of the finalists in the Best Country Solo Performance category. The song also has a Grammy nod for Best Country Song, with the award in this category going to the songwriters. The 2014 Grammy Awards will air on January 26 at 8 PM on CBS.
Dolly Parton will kick off her "Blue Smoke World Tour" tomorrow with a show in Rancho Mirage, California. Then after the tour gets underway on Friday, Dolly will perform two shows in Nevada and a show in Arizona before heading overseas for a series of shows in New Zealand and Australia in February. After returning home from Australia and New Zealand, she will hit a few more markets in America before heading across the pond for June concerts in Europe as well as a return to the O2 Arena in London, the venue where Dolly recorded and filmed her gold certified DVD/CD set titled An Evening With…Dolly. Ever since Garth Brooks made the announcement that he would return for a worldwide tour later this year, fans have been eager to find out where that tour would bring him. Now, the first part of that puzzle has been revealed as Garth recently appeared in Dublin, Ireland to announce that he would return to the country to give a very special performance. Brooks stood in the city's Croke Park, the site of his now legendary sell out concerts in 1997, and announced that he would be returning to that very same venue in July of this year for two very special performances. The shows, dubbed The Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event, will take place on July 25 and 26 and tickets will go on sale beginning January 30.
Carrie Underwood is joining the beauty products company Almay as their Global Brand Ambassador. As the new face and voice of Almay, Carrie will represent the full range of their beauty products, including the newest 2014 launches. She will also appear in global, multimedia campaigns crossing television, print, in-store, digital and social platforms. Through her savvy social media skills, Taylor Swift has accumulated more than 30 million Twitter followers. But even with so many fans to keep in the loop about her daily happenings, Swift makes sure that she doesn't spend an excessive amount of time on her smartphone. Taylor tells Teen Vogue she only tweets once every couple weeks. And the reason Taylor doesn't take over the Twitterverse with updates every five seconds is simple. She says if she did, all you’d see is pictures of her watching TV with her cat.
Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman has shown her culinary skills on the GAC cooking show Kimberly's Simply Southern, and now those skills are getting a little recognition. The 5th Annual Taste Awards were held in Los Angeles last week, and Schlapman took home the award for "Best Home Chef in a Series" during the ceremony. The annual award show honors the year's best in food, fashion and lifestyle programs on television, film, online and radio. Kimberly's Simply Southern is currently filming season 3 and will premiere on GAC this spring.

From topping the chart with several hit singles to selling out stadium dates on his "Night Train Tour," Jason Aldean had a tremendously successful 2013. But during that year, Aldean also went through personal strife, filing for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Jessica. In 2014, Jason will continue his push and plans to release his sixth studio album later this year. And, looking ahead to that new album, he admits that his personal struggles from last year might show up in the music he puts out this year. While Jason isn't quite sure if his fans will be looking for his personal struggles to be reflected in this new album, one thing's for sure, he'll just continue to make the best record that he can.
Blake Shelton has announced that he will be hitting the road this year on his "Ten Times Crazier Tour 2014." The tour will kick off in June and will travel to more than 20 cities across the country. On the tour, Blake will be joined by special guests The Band Perry, Neal McCoy, and Dan + Shay. Last year, the "Ten Times Crazier 2013 Tour" sold out arenas across the country and Blake is thrilled to get back out there and do it again. While Blake says he is definitely enjoying the national attention his spot on NBC's The Voice has given him, getting on the road and playing in front of his fans is at the core of who he is.
After recently kicking off their 2014 "Take Me Downtown Tour" with sold out arena shows, Lady Antebellum have now announced that they will extend their North American trek. The now nearly 80-city tour will kick off its summer leg on March 22 in Phoenix, Arizona and will continue through the end of August. Special guests Kip Moore and Kacey Musgraves are currently out with the group and will also appear on the first newly announced summer dates. Billy Currington, David Nail andJoe Nichols are also slated to join Lady A for shows on the remaining new tour dates.
Sara Evans has revealed the cover art and track listing for her upcoming album titled Slow Me Down. The 11-track album is set to be released on March 11 and features a duet with Vince Gill. In a video posted online, Sara gives a behind the scenes look at the making of the new album. Evans says in the clip that it’s the best record she’s ever made and she hopes the fans agree. Slow Me Down is Sara's seventh studio album and is her first new music since the 2011 release Stronger. The record's lead single and title-track was released in September of last year and was chosen by Billboard as one of the "10 Best Country Singles of 2013." January 26 will be a big night for Kacey Musgraves as she has four nominations at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. Kacey is guaranteed a trip to the stage as one of the many artists slated to perform at "Music's Biggest Night." Kacey earned nominations for Best New Artist, Best Country Album for Same Trailer Different Park and two nominations in the Best Country Song category for "Mama's Broken Heart" and "Merry Go 'Round." The 2014 Grammy Awards will air on January 26 at 8 PM on CBS.
The Academy of Country Music has announced the lineup of performers at the 2nd Annual ACM Party for a Cause Festival, and this year's event will feature some of country music's top acts. The annual festival will take place in Las Vegas and is part of "The Week Vegas Goes Country" leading up to the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 6th. This year's event will be headlined by Rascal Flatts and Keith Urban. The festival will take place at The Linq, which is Caesars Entertainment's new open-air retail, dining and entertainment district at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Other performers include Joe Nichols, Jerrod Niemann, Thomas Rhett, Chris Young and The Cadillac Three. The stage for the two-day festival will be placed right next to the Las Vegas High Roller, the world's tallest observation wheel.
Martina McBride has revealed the track listing for her upcoming album, Everlasting, which is due out on March 4. The album will feature McBride performing covers of iconic soul and R&B songs by some of the greatest performers of all time. The album will include hit songs spanning from 1955 to 2010 by timeless artists such as Elvis, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, The Supremes, and Van Morrison. The new record includes a duet with Gavin DeGraw on a Sam Cooke original, and a collaboration with Kelly Clarkson on the song "In The Basement," made famous by Etta James. Cole Swindell has announced that he will release his self-titled debut album on February 18. Swindell's forthcoming record includes his debut single "Chillin' It," which currently sits in the Top 5 on the chart. The single "Chillin' It" has also been certified gold, signifying sales of 500,000 copies. The upcoming album is already available for pre-order on Amazon and iTunes. Cole is also currently on the road with Luke Bryan. When Cole first hit the road with Luke, he was selling t-shirts at the merchandise table and now he's playing for sold out crowds at arenas.

Trace Adkins has entered rehab after having a relapse in his fight against alcoholism. Trace was one of the headlining acts onboard the Country Cruising entertainment cruise in the Caribbean when he apparently fell of the wagon. He has since left the cruise and cancelled all of his remaining performances on the ship. A representative for Adkins tells Country Weekly, "Trace has entered a treatment facility after a setback in his battle with alcoholism, As he faces these issues head-on, we ask that his family’s privacy will be respected." TMZ reports that Adkins was in the bar on the cruise ship when he got into a physical fight with a Trace Adkins impersonator who was doing Karaoke. Trace had been sober for 12 years. Dierks Bentley has announced that he will hit the road later this year on his headlining "2014 Riser Tour." The tour will kick off in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 9 and will run through the summer. The "2014 Riser Tour" is in support of Bentley's upcoming studio album Riser, which is due out on February 25. Special guests Chris Young, Chase Rice and Jon Pardi will join Dierks on the tour, and he says they definitely won't disappoint.
Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and Tim McGraw were in Hollywood on Tuesday night to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue at an exclusive party. The country stars walked the red carpet alongside several other A-list celebrities. During the party, Hillary even had a chance to hang out and take a picture with last year's cover girl, Kate Upton. After the party, Scott posted the photo of the two of them on Twitter with a caption that read, "Had fun getting glammed up w/the gorg @KateUpton today for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 50 Years of Beautiful!"
Forbes magazine has published its list of the "Ten Top-Earning American Idols." The list reflects the pretax earnings of Idol alums from June 2012 through June 2013. Topping the list is Season 4 Idol winner Carrie Underwood, who earned $31 million during that year. The magazine cites Underwood's platinum certified Blown Away album and her widely successful "Blown Away Tour" as contributing factors to that success, as well as her endorsement deal with Olay. Kelly Clarkson comes in at number two, earning $7 million. Other country Idols to make the list include Scotty McCreery at number 6 with 3 million dollars earned and Kellie Pickler at number 8 with $1.5 million in earnings.

Luke Bryan held a press conference at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena yesterday morning to announce the second leg of his headlining "That's My Kind of Night Tour." And what made this announcement truly special is that the new leg of the tour will bring Bryan to his first-ever headlining stadium shows this summer. The second leg of the tour will kick off on May 3 in Vancouver, British Columbia and will run through October. Dierks Bentley has been announced as a special guest on two of the stadium shows and opening acts for all dates on the 2014 "That's My Kind of Night Tour" are Cole Swindell and Lee Brice.
Justin Moore and his wife, Kate, have announced that they are expecting their third child this summer! Justin tells People, "We are so blessed that God has given us this gift for the third time." The summer arrival will join older sisters Kennedy Faye and Ella Kole, and Moore admits that everyone is hoping the family's newest addition will be a boy. Moore jokes, "Ella and Kennedy want a brother and so do I!" But Justin says that he'll be just as excited if the new baby is a girl. He shares, "As long as we have another healthy child, we will be happy regardless."

Last week, the third and final leg of Keith Urban's headlining "Light The Fuse Tour" got underway with Little Big Town returning as one of the opening acts. LBT was a special guest on the "Light The Fuse Tour" all of last year, but that wasn't the first time the group joined Keith on the road. In 2006, Little Big Town joined Urban on his headlining "Still Alive in 06 Tour," and the band will never forget the first time they took the stage on the trek. Jimi Westbrook told CMT that the band worried there wouldn’t be enough time for them to have a sound check. But that’s when Keith stepped in and saved the day. He had his people hold off on open the doors to the fans for another 10 minutes. So that’s why concerts never start on time…
Kellie Pickler will team up with the Nashville Ballet to perform at the organization's largest annual fundraising event, the Ballet Ball. The event will take place at Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center on March 8. During the event, Kellie will sing two songs from her recently released album,The Woman I Am, providing a live soundtrack to original dance performances by Nashville Ballet company dancers. Last year, Pickler showed the world she could dance on Dancing With The Stars, and now she's thrilled that she can provide the music for other dancers to dance to. This year will be the Ballet Ball's silver anniversary, which signifies 25 years of fundraising for Nashville Ballet's Outreach & Education Program. Each year, the program introduces the art of dance to more than 30,000 children and families throughout Nashville area.

Tim McGraw has announced that he will hit the road this year on his headlining "Sundown Heaven Town 2014 Tour." The upcoming tour will kick off on the West Coast this May and will make stops in 30 cities across the country through summer including DC and Virginia Beach. Tickets go on sale January 24 as part of Live Nation's Country Megaticket. A brand new single "Lookin' For That Girl" will be on iTunes January 21. The song is the lead-single from McGraw's upcoming yet-to-be-titled album on Big Machine Records.
Dierks Bentley took to Twitter over the weekend to share the first picture of baby Knox, who was wearing a baby blue outfit with dark blue strips. In the caption for the photo, Dierks also expressed his gratitude to Little Big Town for supplying the cute outfit. Bentley tweeted, "watching football with my buddy Knox. He wants me to give a shout out to Little Big Town for his new duds! Dierks and his wife, Cassidy, welcomed Knox to the family in October of last year as their third child. Knox is the couple's first boy and joins his older sisters Evie and Jordan.
Could Jennifer Lawrence be Taylor Swift's new BFF? The two celebs shared a special moment on the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night. The moment happened just as Swift was wrapping up her interview with Ryan Seacrest during E!'s pre-show telecast of the awards. Just as Taylor was about to walk away after the interview, Jennifer came up to her and gave her a big hug. Lawrence then joked, "I was gonna come and push you down the stairs." To which Taylor replied, "You should've! People would love that!"
The 2014 "Faster Horses Festival" will return to the Irish Hills of Brooklyn, Michigan for its second year and will take place on July 18th, 19th and 20th. This year's festival will include a star-studded lineup of performers including headlining acts Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert. The festival, dubbed the "hillbilly sleepover," will also feature performances by Little Big Town, Kip Moore, Brett Eldredge, Joe Diffie, Jana Kramer, Ashley Monroe, Parmalee, Cassadee Pope, Dan + Shay, Dee Jay Silver, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell and Austin Webb. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks and three-day festival and camping passes will go on sale January 23.
