Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood took a break from their series of shows in Dallas this week to celebrate Trisha's 51st birthday. Yearwood turned 51 on Saturday (9/19), but the couple waited until Monday (9/21) to head out on the town to commemorate her birthday. Garth and Trisha spent Monday together at the Six Flags Over Texas amusement park in Arlington. The amusement park is usually only open on weekends, but a statement from Six Flags said they accommodated the country couple by opening the park for the special occasion. During Trisha's birthday on Saturday, Garth stopped his performance at the American Airlines Center in Dallas to honor "Miss Yearwood" for her birthday. Brooks placed a crown on Trisha's head and presented her with a Texas-sized cake and 51 roses to celebrate her special day.

RESPECT – BLAKE SHELTON
Blake Shelton did a few interviews in Nashville yesterday and he opened about the divorce. Blake's quotes on the subject of divorce through People.com were this: "In Oklahoma, it happens so fast. Like, Miranda and I didn't have any kids, and we had a prenuptial agreement, whatever we had. Once we filed for divorce, it was over in, like, I think it was like a nine or 10-day waiting period until it's over. We knew if rumblings and rumors started coming out, they would just be that. By the time anybody knew anything, it was over ... It was done."
TAKING LUKE'S ADVICE – THOMAS RHETT
Thomas Rhett will release his second studio album, Tangled Up, tomorrow (September 25), and while some artists are nervous about releasing their sophomore record, Rhett got some reassuring words from one of his good friends that put his jitters to rest. Thomas recently made calls to his buddies Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan to get their advice about releasing new music. Rhett shares, "I was actually talking to Luke on the phone the other day, and Luke was like, 'Man, did you have a good time in the studio recording it? … Did you have a good time playing them live? … Do most people love it?'" After Thomas answered yes to all three questions, Luke told him, "Well, then, what are you worried about!?"
