According to CNN and other news outlets, The Band Perry has stepped in to help with all expenses to bury a mother and eight children who were killed in a house fire in Greenville, Kentucky. Only two family members, the father and an 11-year-old girl, survived the house fire Thursday morning in Greenville, Kentucky. The trio's offer to the family is to take care of all the expenses including hotel expenses for family members staying near the medical center where the two surviving family members are being treated. A representative told CNN that the family doesn't have any personal connection to the band before now. The mother was identified as 35-year-old LaRae Watson. The eight children who died in the fire ranged in age from 4 to 15. (Photo credit:

Trace Adkins has left the rehabilitation center where he checked into recently to spend time with his ailing father. Country Weekly reports that Adkins' father became seriously ill last week and the singer felt that he needed to leave the treatment facility to be by his side. According to the report, Trace asked the rehab center to put him in touch with counselors while he's away to help him stay on track for recovery. Trace entered the treatment facility more than two weeks ago after an altercation with an impersonator aboard a cruise.

While out on their headlining "Take Me Downtown Tour" last week, Lady Antebellum surprised their tour mate Kacey Musgraves with a special cake backstage at a tour stop in Philadelphia. But Kacey wasn't celebrating her birthday out on the road; the trio just wanted to help the "Follow Your Arrow" singer commemorate her first two wins at the Grammy Awards on January 26. A photo shows Lady A's Dave HaywoodHillary Scott and Charles Kelley holding up peace signs while Kacey holds up the white cake with silver decorations. Their next tour stop will be on February 7 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pop star Justin Bieber has been in the news a lot lately, but none of his headlines have been very positive. Bieber was arrested in Miami for a DUI nearly two weeks ago and was charged with assault just last week for attacking a limousine driver in Toronto. But Billy Ray Cryus wants to help Justin, and he's offering his farm as a place for the troubled young singer to find some respite. Billy Ray says that getting back to nature can sometimes help people clear their heads, and he's giving Biebs the formal invitation to join him in the countryside. Billy Ray says, "If he wants to come down to the farm and get away for a little bit, I think it'd be great. I'd meet him there. I'll build the fire. I'll gas up the four-wheelers."  Wasn’t that a scene from the Hannah Montana Movie?
