Being at the Kentucky Derby over the weekend may have inspired Miranda Lambert to add to her personal zoo at home in Oklahoma as she just got a new pony. She and husband Blake Sheltonare now proud parents to a beautiful blonde pony named Willowbrand. Lambert said on Instagram, “Welcome our newest family member! Willowbrand Saith ap Michael…Shelton,” she captioned with the photo next to the hashtag #ponypic. The mother of several dogs, Miranda's MuttNation Foundation has raised tons of money over the years donating to try and help end animal suffering and homelessness here in the U.S. (Photo Credit: www.instagram/mirandalambert )

In a special ceremony to bless the site of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort in the Great Smoky Mountains, Dolly Parton unveiled her first four personal items earmarked for the property’s new Dream Box display over the weekend. Parton’s Dream Box, which will be showcased in the resort for families to view, features the first personal mementos, each representing people and moments in the entertainment legend’s life that inspired her to make her own dreams come true.

The Band Perry was blessed with two nominations yesterday for the 2014 CMT Music Awards. The sibling trio is nominated for "CMT Performance of the Year" for their explosive performance of "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark" with Fall Out Boy from CMT Crossroads, as well as for "Group Video of the Year" for their number one song "Done." The group said in a joint statement, "We were so thrilled to hear about our CMT Music Award nominations yesterday. The 'CMT Crossroads' performance with Fall Out Boy was without question one of the highlights of 2013 for us." The 2014 CMT Music Awards will air LIVE from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 4 at 8:00 PM ET.  

BRAD PAISLEY will be one of judges on ABC's new singing competition "Rising Star".  No word yet on who the other two judges will be, but the show premieres next month, on June 22nd.  This is the one where fans vote in real-time by using a special app.

1.  The original version of this movie came out in the mid-1940s.

2.  It was nominated for 4 Academy Awards and won 3 of them.

3.  The movie featured a child star who's career continued through her adulthood until she died in the early 80s under mysterious circumstances.

Answer:  Miracle On 34th Street

The film won Academy Awards for Best Actory in a Supporting Role (Edmund Gwenn), Best Writing Original Story and Best Writing, Screenplay.  It was also nominated for Best Picture, losing to "Gentlemam's Agreement".

Natalie Wood was the child star of the movie.  During the making of her last film, "Brainstorm", she drowned while on a weekend boat trip to Santa Catalina Island, California with her husband, Robert Wagner, actor Christopher Walken and the boat's captain, Dennis Davern.  Many facts surrounding her drowning are unknown because no one admitted seeing how she entered the water.
