Kip Moore is a passionate guy and this week he's been all over the news and Twitter fighting ticket scalpers who take his ticket prices and charge the fans double and triple for tickets to his shows. During one spat Moore had on Twitter he challenged one ticket scalper to meet him and hash it out in Florida. It's not clear if the scalper showed up, but Kip did call in to a radio show to defend his stance on ticket scalping. The debate went on for twenty minutes, with the show’s host saying Justin makes money either way so why should he care?  Justin saidthat's not the way I see things. I never set out to make music to make lots of money, and when those scalpers take their opportunity to go in that show man it burns me, it rubs me really wrong."

As we mentioned yesterday, Garth Brooks is set to kick off his world tour and the first stop is Chicago. Tyler Farr says of his chart topper – a song he co-wrote – "Whiskey In My Water" after learning of its success on top of the chart this week, "It is truly humbling and I am very grateful. I couldn’t ask for a better management team and my record label staff at Columbia Records. And to the fans…Y’all are awesome! Thank you for making this happen, and especially to country radio for all of your continued support from the beginning. Any day I can wake up and play country music for a living is a good day to me. Thank you!"

Today's More's Mystery

September 14, 2014...........Looking for a singer/actor........

1.  Before this multiple Grammy Award-winner became a singer/actor, he was a radio dee jay.

2.  He is still another example of a pretentious singer who goes by only one name.

3.  We have to assume he is not a big fan of Fox News..............Bill O'Reilly in particular.

Answer:  Ludacris

In August, 2002, political pundit Bill O'Reilly called for all Americans to boycott Pepsi products.  Ludacris was a spokesperson for Pepsi.  O'Reilly said Ludacris' lyrics glamorized a "life of guns, violence, drugs and disrespect of women".  The next day, O'Reilly reported that Pepsi had fired Ludacris.
