The Band Perry family was 2014 inductees at the Junior Achievement Tri-Cities TN/VA Business Hall of Fame gala of record attendance earlier this month. The family trio and their parents, who call Greeneville home, are the first laureate family to join the long line of the prestigious regional entrepreneurs and business leaders honored by Junior Achievement. The Band Perry said in a statement, "Receiving this honor is very humbling to us. It is important for us to be good role models for young people so they will know that they can make their dreams come true."

Brantley Gilbert's week-long motorcycle ride wraps up at Arlington National Cemetery Monday with a special Memorial Day ceremony to honor our fallen soldiers. The "Bottoms Up" singer partnered with the Folds of Honor Foundation to support the families of those who've lost loved ones in battle.  Before his event at Arlington National Ceremony, Brantley will be pulling double duty, appearing at both the Indianapolis 500 race in Indiana and the Coca-Cola 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina on Sunday.  Brantley's ride from Athens to Arlington coincides with the release of his brand-new album, Just As I Am, now in stores and online. Today's More's Mystery

September 14, 2014...........Looking for a singer/actor........

1.  Before this multiple Grammy Award-winner became a singer/actor, he was a radio dee jay.

2.  He is still another example of a pretentious singer who goes by only one name.

3.  We have to assume he is not a big fan of Fox News..............Bill O'Reilly in particular.

Answer:  Ludacris

In August, 2002, political pundit Bill O'Reilly called for all Americans to boycott Pepsi products.  Ludacris was a spokesperson for Pepsi.  O'Reilly said Ludacris' lyrics glamorized a "life of guns, violence, drugs and disrespect of women".  The next day, O'Reilly reported that Pepsi had fired Ludacris.
